Manipur Scheduled Caste Welfare Association (WASCWA), Manipur is an Organisation of non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit making and non-governmental, managed by a group of eminent trained social workers to take up various activities for the welfare of the most disadvantage people, particularly CS/ST/OBC/ in the state Manipur. The organisation is registered under Manipur Societies Registration Ac. XXI of 1860, Government of Manipur bearing Registered number 211 of 1990, Registered under All Manipur Social Welfare NGO Forum.
